They've raised a Series A from a top European VC, they're live with major e-commerce brands, and they're now building out the UK commercial team. Early stage, but real traction and a product people actually want to buy.


What you'll actually be doing:


Owning the full sales cycle from first touch to closed-won across mid-market e-commerce brands Prospecting and building your own pipeline (this is a hunting role, not a farming one)

Running consultative, multi-stakeholder deals with ops leaders, logistics teams, and CFOs

Navigating 3 to 6 month deal cycles and getting multiple decision-makers to yes

Shaping the sales playbook as one of the first commercial hires on the ground in the UK

Working directly with the founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy


Who this is for:


You've got 2 to 4 years in a closing role, ideally in SaaS, fintech, payments, or e-commerce. You know how to build pipeline from scratch, you're comfortable selling to mid-market companies, and you thrive in environments where things move fast and the playbook is still being written. You're curious, commercially sharp, and you want to be somewhere early enough that your fingerprints are all over the growth story.

£55k to £70k base + OTE up to £140k (uncapped)

London, hybrid (2 days in office)

Series A, ~25 people, expanding the UK sales team

HQ in Madrid, registered in London
