My client is a growing, values driven agency based in West Yorkshire. Currently 20 people strong, they boost an impression client rooster and have created a close-knit working environment. The founder is passionate about working on value lead projects, they will not take on anything that compromises their strict code of ethics, and as such have great satisfaction from the work that they do. The team is friendly, and ambitious. Micromanagement isn't welcome here, and everyone is rewarded on merit, with regular pay reviews, every 6 months or so.

This is a technical key hire for them and will help to cement their excellent reputation.
