Sitting at the heart of the business, this studio is focused on brand excellence, breakthrough storytelling, and integrated creative execution across a diverse portfolio of well-known consumer brands.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Graphic Designer who brings energy, originality, and strong craft, and who’s ready to step up in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment where creative work is highly visible and genuinely valued.

The Role

Reporting into a Senior Designer, you’ll work across multiple consumer brands spanning beauty, wellness, retail, and travel, delivering creative across campaign rollouts, product launches, social content, and print collateral. You’ll be confident working independently when needed, while thriving as part of a close-knit creative team alongside designers, art directors, and motion specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, and retail
  • Develop strong, on-brand visuals that balance creative ambition with commercial intent
  • Apply existing brand toolkits and guidelines with care, while identifying opportunities to evolve and improve
  • Support concept development for key launches and seasonal moments
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers, art directors, and motion designers to bring campaigns to life
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and creative research
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all brand outputs
  • Take ownership of your work and proactively push it forward
  • Ensure files are accurately prepared and delivered on time, every time

Role Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a brand-led, consumer-facing environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating well-crafted digital and print design
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Confidence working within structured brand systems, with a desire to push creative further
  • A positive, curious mindset and collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail, energy, and initiative

Why Apply

You’ll be part of an ambitious, design-led in-house studio created to be a centre of creative excellence. This is a role where your ideas will be heard, your work will be seen, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a supportive, high-performing creative team.

Benefits & Culture

You’ll join a people-first business that truly values its teams, offering unlimited holiday, flexible working, private medical insurance, a wellbeing programme, an annual discretionary bonus, generous product discounts, a volunteering day, free breakfasts, and a packed calendar of team events and socials — from wellness sessions to studio activities that make work both rewarding and enjoyable.

Why Apply:

You’ll join a dynamic, design-led studio environment where ideas move fast, collaboration is key, and creativity drives real-world impact. If you’re curious, inventive, and love seeing your ideas come to life, this is a role where you’ll thrive.
