About The Role:

We are working with our client, a globally renowned interiors studio recognised for delivering exceptional residential and hospitality projects across London and the US.


With a strong pipeline of design-led work, the studio is looking to appoint a Mid-Weight FF&E Designer to join their collaborative and highly creative team on a permanent basis.


This role is ideally suited to a designer with a strong eye for furniture, finishes and materiality, and experience delivering FF&E packages across high-end residential and hospitality environments. You will play a key role in the selection, specification and coordination of FF&E from concept through to installation, working closely with interior designers, suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver FF&E concepts aligned with the overall design narrative for residential and hospitality projects
  • Research, source and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics and accessories
  • Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications and presentation materials
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure design intent, budgets and lead times are met
  • Support project teams through all stages from concept, design development and procurement to installation
  • Contribute to material boards, sample libraries and client presentations
  • Coordinate with interior designers and consultants to ensure FF&E integrates seamlessly with architectural and interior detailing


Key Skills / Experience:

  • Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in an FF&E-focused role within an interior design studio
  • Proven experience delivering FF&E for high-end residential and hospitality projects
  • Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, lighting, textiles and suppliers
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills
