The Brand


A fast-scaling consumer brand with a strong creative identity and serious momentum across ecommerce and retail. With continued US expansion and a growing DTC engine, digital creative is playing a critical role in driving performance and growth.


The Role


They’re looking for a Midweight Designer to sit within the creative team, focused on delivering high-quality digital assets across all key growth channels.


This role will cover:

  • Meta, Amazon, TikTok and email creative
  • Website and ecommerce design
  • Motion, video and static asset creation
  • Supporting wider campaigns and brand projects


It’s a fast-paced, high-output environment where creative needs to be both on-brand and performance-driven. There’s also a strong focus on building AI-powered workflows to scale content production.


The Person


This role suits someone who thrives in digital-first environments and understands how creative drives results.


  • Experience in DTC, ecommerce or high-growth brands
  • Strong across static, motion and video
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple briefs
  • Experience (or strong interest) in AI tools for creative production
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand

Someone proactive, curious and excited by how creative is evolving.
