About The Role:

Our client, a leading international architecture firm renowned for delivering iconic, large-scale developments, is seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their award-winning team. This role sits within their specialist interiors division, focusing on high-impact commercial environments, including luxury lounges and sophisticated F&B spaces within major mixed-use schemes.


You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking a key role in the technical delivery and creative execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the technical development of interior schemes using Revit, ensuring all models and drawings are accurate and aligned with architectural requirements.
  • Specify comprehensive FF&E packages for large-scale commercial spaces, ensuring all selections meet rigorous commercial furniture ratings and compliance standards.
  • Drive the design of F&B and lounge environments, creating experience-led spaces that balance high-traffic functionality with luxury aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with internal architectural teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration between the interior design and the wider building envelope.
  • Produce detailed documentation sets, including plans, elevations, and joinery details, maintaining a high standard of technical precision.
  • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing high-performance materials and furnishings that meet project-specific fire, safety, and durability ratings.


Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience working within a professional design or architecture studio, with a proven track record in commercial or large-scale developments.
  • Advanced Revit proficiency is imperative; you must be confident in using Revit as your primary design and documentation tool.
  • Specialist experience in F&B and Lounge design is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing these sectors.
  • Excellent technical detailing skills and the ability to produce construction-ready drawing packages.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design logic and technical requirements to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, comfortable working within large, complex project structures.
