Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder Salary: £35,000 £36,500 per annum (DOE) Hours: MondayThursday 7am-16.15pm & Friday 7am-12pm Contract: Permanent Location: Northamptonshire An established precision engineering manufacturer is seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join a highly qualified welding team. Key Responsibilities for MIG & TIG Welder Carry out MIG and TIG welding for the production of high-precision components Set and operate the robot welders Carry out basic assembly-related work such as expanding, pressure testing Support the Production Engineering department in developing and maintaining shop floor documentation. Experience & Skills Required for MIG & TIG Welder 5 years of TIG welding experience within a high-technology production or manufacturing environment. Experience welding stainless steel to a very high standard. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Excellent accuracy with good speed and consistency across welding and related tasks. Good interpersonal and team-working skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Recognised engineering/welding qualification MIG welding experience. Benefits
