MIG / TIG Welders Required!

BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).

Preferably experience in Stainless & Aluminium.

Working Hours:

AM | Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
PM | Monday - Wednesday: 14:00 - 00:00 & Thursday: 14:00 - 23:30 (Friday Off)Pay:

£14 - £18 Depending on Skill Level

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.
Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
Positive can-do attitude.
