A leading manufacturer company of high-quality seating systems for large transportation projects based in West Brom.
We are seeking an experienced Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team, fabricating stainless steel frames for transport seating applications for various transportation projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering precision-engineered products to demanding industry standards.
Key Responsibilities MIG welding of stainless steel components to high cosmetic and structural standards

Fabrication and assembly of seating frames from technical drawings

Working within a fast-paced production environment

Ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Working collaboratively with fabrication and production teams

Meeting daily production targets

Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a production environment

Strong experience welding stainless steel

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience fabricating frames or structural components

High attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Not Essential) Previous experience within rail, automotive, or transport manufacturing

Fabrication experience alongside welding

Knowledge of quality standards within regulated industries
