We are looking to expand our clients team based in the lovely Stratford Upon Avon for an experienced MIG Welder.

MIG Welder. £14p/h Monday-Thursday 8am-17:00pm/ Friday- 8am-13:00pm. 12 Week Temp to Perm. Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Weld metal parts using MIG/TIG welding methods. Read blueprints, drawings, sketches, and schematics to determine the welding process needed to weld metal parts. Inspect welded parts to ensure that they meet specifications and safety requirements. Inspect machines to ensure that the welded parts meet specifications and safety requirements. Working with jigs/fixtures for the manufacturing of parts for JCB. Clean metal parts after welding them. Prepare drawings for welding with blueprints or sketches showing the welding process. (This may include preparing holes for bolts, nuts, or screws.)Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. (This may include performing other duties such as building work) Previous welding experience necessary. Skills: Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications (including safety requirements) to determine the welding process needed to weld metal parts. (This may include safety requirements such as wearing protective gear.) Ability to use hand tools (hammer, nail gun etc.)and basic hand milling operations (hammering small items vs. milling larger items. xehkeey )(This may include safety requirements such as wearing protective gear.)
