£14.00–£15.50 per hour DOE | Early Finish Friday!

Workforce are currently working with a growing fabrication company looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their day shift team. If you can read drawings, weld mild steel like a pro, and love finishing a job to perfection—this is your chance!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Read & interpret fabrication drawings ✅
Weld mild steel (1mm–15mm)
Set up & run welding machines
Spot & fix issues with steel profiles
Grind, polish & finish components to a high standard
Pass a weld test to join the team
You’ll Need:

Welding & fabrication experience
Ability to follow technical drawings
Sharp attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Physically capable of handling steel
Ready to smash a weld test
