This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and practical operations leader who enjoys being actively involved in production while also driving strategic improvements. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day feed mill operations, logistics, and team performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of mill and logistics operations. Champion quality, consistency, and productivity across manufacturing processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement continuous improvement plans. Work closely with Health, Safety & Quality teams to maintain accreditations such as UFAS, ISO9001, and ISO14001 , alongside ethical certifications.
