Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation, repair, and planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems. Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures across all contracts. Collaborate effectively with the contract manager, contract administrator, supervisor, helpdesk and engineers. Stay informed on industry standards and best practices to keep systems compliant. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. Prepare and provide quotations for repairs as requested by the client.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum City and Guilds NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Previous experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning units, including VRF units. Ability to perform manual tasks including manual handling, working at height, and in confined spaces; willingness to participate in the on‑call rota. Full UK driving licence. Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
