Overview Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow & Ayrshire Location: Glasgow & Ayrshire Salary: Up to £42,000 + Annual Bonus | Company Van (Personal Use Allowed) | Overtime: Paid at Time & ½ | Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays | Door-to-Door Travel Paid FM Search & Select are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a portfolio of sites across Glasgow and Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role within a well-established FM company offering strong earning potential and a great benefits package. Responsibilities
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems Fault finding and repair of AC equipment Servicing and maintaining a range of split systems, VRV/VRF and associated plant Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations Completing service reports and maintenance documentation Providing high levels of customer service on site
Requirements
Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within a commercial or FM environment FGas certification Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence
