Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer FM Service Provider Commercial Buildings London and Surrounding Areas - 1 in 4 call out Up to £50,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover commercial buildings across London and the surrounding areas. The buildings you will be preformingthe maintenance and reactiveworks consistof modern offices and commercialbuildings for existingand new clients.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, plenty of overtime available, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression, 1 in 4 call outs and a van + fuel card.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
8am to 5pm
Key duties & responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs). Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably. Perform routine checks, inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing. Ensure all work meets F-Gas and industry compliance standards. Respond to breakdowns quickly and professionally to minimise downtime.
