Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Cardiff Area – Up to £55,000 + Van & Fuel Card

The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading FM & building services provider for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer. You’ll be joining a well-established and reputable business, working across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer seeking long-term stability, excellent benefits, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial properties
• Fault-finding and diagnostics to ensure minimal downtime for clients
• Working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and associated plant
• Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of AC systems including splits, multi-splits, and VRV/VRF
• F-Gas qualification (essential)
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
