The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£100m

The Role:

Working across East London, North London and some Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels and pipework in commercial offices and gyms.

You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.

The Person:

It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic.

The Salary:

DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is paid at 1.5

23 days holiday

4%/4% pension

Basic for 40 hours - £46,758 with door to door travel paid at time and a half after 8 hours.

23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension

O/T rates of x 1.5 (£33.72) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£44.96) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.

Company van and fuel card - no private use.

50 hours per week equates to £64,292 as all travel is paid.
