We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential properties throughout London and the M25. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building maintenance and HVAC systems, with the ability to work independently while also adapting to different site teams. A background in electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, or plumbing disciplines is essential, along with a minimum of three years' experience in commercial building services. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Electrical fault finding Work with single and three-phase power systems Maintain emergency lighting and fire alarm systems Perform water treatment tasks Service distribution boards, motors, pumps, bearings, and seals Maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFs Replace and maintain filters and belts Complete general building services and fabric maintenance tasks Requirements City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, xehkeey or Air Conditioning Proven experience in building services maintenance Strong client-facing skills Professional, polite, and personable approach Self-motivated and able to work independently Salary & Benefits Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 £46,000 - £50,000 per annum Company van and fuel card Company pension scheme Overtime readily available Ongoing training and development
