We're currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, covering a mixed portfolio of office and retail sites across the South East. This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a straightforward compliance-focused role with a good work-life balance.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out statutory compliance and basic electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. The work is primarily focused on routine checks and ensuring systems remain safe and compliant.

Duties

Carrying out statutory compliance tasks (emergency lighting, fire alarms, basic electrical checks)
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Attending reactive maintenance tasks when required
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Maintaining accurate service records and reports Requirements

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
18th Edition desirable
Experience working within commercial environments (office/retail preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Good understanding of compliance and PPM works Package

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
Company van & fuel card
1 in 4 call-out rota (£100 standby)
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
