Job Title: Mobile Electrician – Commercial Maintenance\n\nLocation: London-based with travel as required (Kent, Portsmouth & wider UK)\n Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE\n Salary: £49,000 DOE + Overtime (x1.5 after 9–5 and weekends)\n Hours: 9:00–17:00 (call outs/overtime available)\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nOur client is seeking a fully qualified, client-facing Electrician to join their mobile maintenance team, supporting commercial premises across London and occasionally further afield. This is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in customer environments, and delivers high-quality reactive and planned maintenance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nElectrical maintenance and repairs within live commercial environments\n\nEnsuring safety compliance and high standards of workmanship\n\nActing as the company representative on-site with building managers and staff\n\nFault-finding, testing/inspection and minor installation work\n\nParticipation in the reactive call-out rota\n\nOn-Call & Overtime\n\nOn-call every 2nd week (Mon–Fri)\n\nApprox. 1 weekend per month (typically very low frequency)\n\nAdditional overtime available for those who want it\n\nDesired Profile\n\nElectrician by trade with commercial maintenance experience\n\nStrong communicator; confident and professional in client-facing situations\n\nProactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites\n\nQualifications (Preffered, not mandatory)\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nNVQ Level 3\n\n18th Edition\n\n2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\nCompany van provided (fuel & business expenses covered)\n\nStandard tool kit required — specialist equipment provided where needed\n\nHoliday allowance, pension & sick pay\n\nSupportive and varied team culture
