Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 £47,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading maintenance service provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and retail sites across South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work within a well-established team delivering high-quality maintenance services across a varied estate.

The role will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, with occasional support across other building services where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
• Attend and rectify reactive electrical faults in a timely manner
• Perform fault finding, testing, and inspection across commercial environments
• Ensure compliance with all current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
• Support with minor mechanical or fabric tasks when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition (BS7671 Wiring Regulations)
• Proven experience in a mobile role within commercial environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent)
• Experience within FM / building services environments
• Basic mechanical knowledge (AHUs, FCUs, pumps etc.)
