An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in the Bath area has arisen! Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the Bath area . CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a government contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) PPM's & Reactive maintenance Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Managing priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
