Built from the ground up with the MD previously being on the tools as an apprentice and getting stuck in when needs must on a weekend and out of hours, this would ideally suit a technical engineer who can be trusted to work on their own or within a team, has a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems and also a positive attitude to work.
