In this role, youll be covering a mixed commercial patch across the Southwest of England, Exeter. The sites will mostly be NHS, Schools and Breweries. Key Responsibilities Reactive Maintenance PPMs Complying with SFG20 Record Keeping / Logbooks Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing Monitoring BMS systems Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 3 years experience in a similar position UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer 21 Days Holiday + bank holidays Sick pay Company Van (with private use) and Fuel Card If you live in and around the Exeter or the Southwest England Area this could be the role for you.
