Mobile Engineer – HVAC (Foot Mobile or Vehicle Mobile)

Purpose of the Job

• To deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial office sites
• To cover a portfolio of buildings within the City & West End
• To provide a professional, client-focused service while working independently
• To ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and in line with statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive HVAC works
• Fault-finding, maintenance and repair of HVAC plant and systems
• Work on air conditioning, ventilation and associated systems
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Accurately complete maintenance reports and documentation
• Liaise with clients, site teams and management professionally
• Work as either a foot mobile or vehicle mobile engineer depending on preference

Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Proven HVAC background
• FGAS qualification essential
• Experience working within commercial office environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-organised

Accountabilities

• Accountable to the Contract Manager
• No direct line management responsibility
• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems
• Responsible for maintaining tools, equipment, and (where applicable) company vehicle
