Job Specification: Mobile Fabric Engineer / Joiner – Facilities Management Role Overview The Mobile Fabric/Joiner Engineer will deliver a wide range of building fabric maintenance, repairs, and minor installation works across multiple client sites. This role suits a versatile tradesperson with strong carpentry/joinery skills and a solid understanding of general building maintenance. The position requires regular travel, independent working, and a customer‑focused approach.
