We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition. #J-18808-Ljbffr
