General Maintenance Operative Bromley £31,500 Brief General Maintenance Operative needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Bromley who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded General Maintenance Operative that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities.
