TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK’s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities. Location – across London and South East London. Compensation & Schedule

Salary – up to £55,000/Yr, DOE. Schedule – Monday to Friday, 40 hours. Working hours – 8am to 4pm (Door to Door pay). On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call (negotiable). Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted.

PPMs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnostics and fault finding Repairs to cooling units and AHU's Rectifying faults found Splits, VRF and more. AC Overdoor Heaters HRU Fan Coils AHU

Requirements

Full UK License – 6 points max. F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified. City & Guilds NVQ in air conditioning or equivalent.
