Mobile Inspection Engineer (Wind Sensitive Structures)

£60,000 - £65,000 + Qualification Training + 33 Days Holiday + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Are you an Inspection Engineer that has experience working on wind sensitive structures, looking for a mobile role where you will be on a range of interesting sites across the UK, and rewarded with a generous base salary?

The company are a specialist work at height and inspection services provider, supporting safety-critical infrastructure across defence and high-security environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Inspection Engineer who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and technical challenge, with exposure to inspections, bespoke engineering projects, and the opportunity to develop commercial and tendering experience over time.

This role would suit an Inspection Engineer who has experience working at height, that is looking to join a reputable company that offers excellent opportunities for progression and training.

The Role:

\n
Plan and undertake condition inspection surveys of wind-sensitive structures across establishments nationwide
\n
Attend site to carry out structural surveys and assessments, then compile detailed technical reports outlining condition and recommendations
\n
Prepare and issue risk assessments and method statements for contracts within your remit
\n
Work at height and lodge away when required, with accommodation arranged and subsistence paid
\n
\n
The Person:

\n
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
\n
Knowledge of inspection and working on wind-sensitive structures or similar
\n
\n
