Mobile LCV Technician / Vehicle Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: Dependent on qualifications & experience
Sign-on Bonus: £1,500
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
(Flexible working as long as 42 hours are completed – no weekends or bank holidays)

We’re looking for a skilled vehicle technician to join our client in Derby as a Mobile LCV Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a vehicle technician who enjoys independence, variety, and the chance to develop their career with full HGV training and a clear route to Master Technician level.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Light Commercial Vehicles
Carry out mechanical and electrical work including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and diagnostics
Complete routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Use diagnostic equipment to resolve complex faults
Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation
Communicate professionally with customers
Ensure a safe and tidy working environment
Stay up to date with modern vehicle technology and repair methodsRequirements

Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Confident working independently in a mobile roleAdditional Training & Benefits
