Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber\nLocation: Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent (Mobile - Van Provided)\nContract: Full-time, Permanent\nHours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm\nSalary: £32,000 - £34,000 (DOE)\n________________________________________\nAbout the Role\nWe are currently recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established and highly reputable building services maintenance provider. You'll be working on a commercial contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent area.\nThis is a great opportunity to join a company known for its long-term contracts, strong internal progression, and supportive management structure.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\n* Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks within agreed SLAs\n* Respond to helpdesk-issued jobs and complete works efficiently and professionally\n* Ensure all plant and equipment operates to required performance standards\n* Maintain accurate records including PPM schedules, logbooks, and compliance documentation\n* Provide a high-quality, client-facing engineering service with minimal supervision\n* Undertake mechanical and plumbing repairs, servicing, and minor installations\n* Liaise proactively with site contacts and management to resolve issues\n* Monitor and oversee subcontractors where required, ensuring standards are met\n* Support compliance and asset performance across the contract\n________________________________________\nQualifications & Experience Required\n* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering OR\n* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering\n* Proven commercial plumbing maintenance experience\n* Strong building services background\n* Confident working in a mobile, client-facing role\n________________________________________\nAdditional Requirements\n* Must be able to pass standard DBS \n* No criminal record or unspent convictions\n* Full UK driving licence
