Mobile M&E Engineering Supervisor – South East London

Location: South East London Salary: £52,000 ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Supervisor to look after a portfolio of sites across South East London. These sites include Commercial Offices, Schools and High end residential. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end sites.

Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance ✔️ Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation ✔️ Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency ✔️ Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements ✔️ Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site ✔️ Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact ✔️ Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace ✔️ Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
