Job Description Mobile M&E Engineer - Up to £44,700 - Commercial Buildings - North West & West London - NO CENTRAL LONDON
Are you a Mobile Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based across North West London has arisen.
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in North West London.  CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile M&E Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £44,700 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
\n Carry out scheduled PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks on M&E systems
\n
Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements across plant and equipment
\n
Respond to emergency breakdowns, including participation in an on-call rota
\n
Supervise and manage third-party contractor work when required
\n
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are consistently met
\n
Maintain accurate records via CAFM systems and electronic reporting tools
\n
Provide input into condition and dilapidation reports
\n
Liaise effectively with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
\n
Support SHEQ requirements, including accurate and timely incident reporting
\n

Requirements
\n Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
\n
Experience working across commercial contracts
\n
Electrical Knowledge
\n
Full clean driving license.
\n
