Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) Location: Mobile role covering Kings Cross, Holborn & Stratford London Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Overtime Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00 Overview We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing building services team covering commercial sites across Kings Cross, Holborn and Stratford . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable MondayFriday role , with excellent overtime opportunities , a company van and fuel card , and genuine training and career progression . Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.
Maintain and service a range of mechanical building services systems including HVAC plant, pumps, motors, pipework and valves.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
Ensure all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
