Through CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), we provide integrated facilities management solutions to some of the world’s most recognisable organisations.We are now recruiting an experienced MobileHVAC Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join our growing onsite engineering team.The RoleAs an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of building services, plant and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment for our client.You’ll play a key role in maintaining HVAC systems (with a strong focus on VRV/VRF systems), supporting energy efficiency initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, equipment and building servicesFault find and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioningManage environmental conditions using BMS systemsIdentify risks to plant and equipment, including critical spares managementComplete and improve preventative maintenance programmesAct as Energy Champion and support site Health & Safety initiativesPrepare and follow Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permits to WorkUse CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage maintenance tasksOversee and supervise sub‑contractorsLiaise with the onsite Supervisor and Account Manager on building services issuesDeputise for the Site Supervisor when requiredParticipate in an on‑call rota, including nights and weekends as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Recognised or time‑served apprenticeshipProven experience in HVAC maintenanceStrong mechanical competence (City & Guilds or equivalent)F‑Gas certification and experience handling refrigerantsMulti‑skilled maintenance capabilityConfident fault‑finding skillsExperience completing RAMS and safe systems of workAbility to supervise contractors effectivelyDesirable:Working at Height certificationIPAF and/or PASMAAP (Authorised Person) qualificationsBMS system experienceHVAC controls knowledgeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOvertime and on‑call allowancesCareer progression within a global organisationOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive team environment within a prestigious client site #J-18808-Ljbffr
