£34,000 – £38,000 + Van + Overtime (OTE £40k – £55k)

The Company

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are partnered with a well-established national business within the plant hire sector, recognised for its high-quality equipment and excellent service across the UK.

With continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a Mobile Plant Technician to support operations across the Glasgow region.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of plant hire equipment across multiple customer sites.

Key duties include:

Servicing and repairing a wide range of plant machinery Diagnosing faults across mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical systems Attending breakdowns and minimising downtime Working on excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, tower lights and trailers Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience within plant hire, construction or related industries Is confident working independently in a mobile role Has strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Holds a full xehkeey UK driving licence Takes pride in their work and customer interactions

The Package

£34,000 – £38,000 basic Company van Overtime available (OTE £45k – £55k) Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities
