What you will be doing: Deliver qualified training across the business ensuring all mobile plant equipment operators are qualified and assessed to accredited national standards for Forklift Trucks, Loading Shovel Vehicles, Scissor Lifts etc Maintain training records for all operators and verifying all new employees qualifications Ensure the training that is delivered meets existing standards and where necessary develop the training in line with any modifications to legislation Support any improvement initiatives with plant safety and operator competence Work with managers to ensure training is scheduled so production is not affected and to ensure the right people get the right level of training Skills Experien...
