Opt-in Guaranteed Overtime - after your first month, you can choose to work extra rest days at £30 per hour.Just one extra day a month could earn you £3,000 more per year on top of your base salary.Two extra days could give you an extra £5,000.It's your choice - more flexibility, more reward.
