Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing and processing mortgage applications from start to finishLiaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and clients to ensure a smooth journeyHandling client enquiries via phone and emailKeeping clients updated with the progress of their applicationsSupporting the Managing Director and our team of advisers with general admin tasksWhat were looking forIdeally, youll bring some previous experience in mortgage administration and, more importantly, youll have a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in the mortgage and finance industry.Key skills & attributes:Excellent written and verbal communicationConfident, friendly phone mannerHighly organised with a keen eye for detailSolid IT skills (experience with 360.net is a plus, but not essential)Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethicWhy join us?Were not just a brokerage were a team that enjoys working together and support each other so we can do the best by our clients.
