About the Role
We’re recruiting for a Mortgage Client Consultant to join a busy and vibrant Client Services team. This role is all about guiding clients through their mortgage journey and ensuring they have access to the additional services they need, such as conveyancing, surveys, insurance, and home mover support.
You’ll provide a friendly, professional, and personalised experience over the phone, explaining the benefits of each service, timelines, and any associated costs. You’ll also arrange appointments with specialist teams and log bookings accurately on the central system.
This is a telephone-based role with full support from an internal marketing team—no prospecting required.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year in a client/customer service role (financial services experience desirable).
Sales-driven and motivated by targets, with proven ability to meet KPIs.
