The Mortgage Compliance Manager package

Part Time: 2 days per week Hybrid - (In office-based advisor observations & monthly meeting) Salary £50k Prorata Private medical insurance

The Mortgage Compliance Manager role

Manage supervision of mortgage advisers KPI Reviews Monthly supervision - File Checks, Observations where needed. Manage file check remedial actions and repairs where needed. Mortgage Advisor 1:1’s Introducer Agreements and onboarding Update Policies where required. Group Reporting (quarterly) - e.g. AML sanction checks Manage Incoming / Exiting members of staff / Annual Fit and Proper assessments. Internal Records / Policies - ensuring up to date. Forward scanning - keeping us up to date with regulatory changes / enhancements. Marketing sign-off - Promotion material for socials / online Annual audit - Internal and External Some soft touch oversight on Commercial advisors Be point of contact for our specialist external Compliance Advisors for our Insurance Brokerage

Part time Mortgage Compliance Manager desired skills & experience

Experienced in residential mortgage compliance. Outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail The ability to manage time efficiently.
