Mortgage Service Manager We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Mortgage Servicing Team! We're looking for a dynamic leader who is ready to inspire a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction with the Society's members. As the Mortgage Service Manager at the Society, you'll quickly become one of the experts our members need. You will be responsible for creating long term relationships with our new and existing Customers, supporting them through their journey. Why This Role is Exciting: In this role, you'll lead a team of established Mortgage Service professionals, based at Principal Office. You will support the team in providing outstanding service to our mortgage customers and help with their personal development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the mortgage servicing operations to ensure high customer service levels are maintained. Use your customer and process knowledge to spot opportunities/risks and areas to improve our service. Generate relevant management information (MI) to best demonstrate mortgage servicing teams' performance. Review the teams progress around achieving targets through regular review meetings.
