MOT Technician\n\nProtyre Autocare is looking for a customer focused MOT Technician to join our team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. As an MOT Tester / Technician you will carry out MOTs and mechanical repairs as required.\n\n * Location: Protyre Eastleigh\n\n * Salary: £34,000- £36,000 Plus £3600 OTE\n\n * Must have: Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)\n\n * Essential: Valid MOT Licence\n\n * Benefits: A chance to earn a regular bonus.

Centre of the month; a chance to win a race at your local go-karting track.\n\nAbout the role:\n\n * Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard\n\n * Carry out MOT testing in accordance with DVSA testing requirements\n\n * General servicing and repairs, including fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical products.\n\n * Fast Fit Tyre fitting whilst being able to use an alignment machine and understand the reading and relevant adjustments\n\n * Working in a safe manner and always comply with health & safety regulations\n\n * Ensure a high standard of personal presentation including always wearing correct company uniform.\n\n * Conduct any reasonable request / tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.\n\nAbout you:\n\n * A valid MOT Licence\n\n * You will have experience in mechanical and fast fit repairs which may include tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, general servicing and repairs to a wide range of vehicles\n\n * Great customer service skills\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\nWhy join Protyre Autocare?\n\nProtyre Autocare is the UK’s fastest growing supplier and fitter of tyres and automotive services, fitting over 1 million tyres every year through our fast-fit centres.
