As an independently owned vehicle servicing and repair centre, they offer MOT testing, servicing, tyre fitting, brakes, clutches, and general repairs using modern diagnostic equipment.The successful candidate will carry out both MOT testing and general mechanical work, managing their workload efficiently while working independently.What the Role InvolvesConduct MOT testing for vehiclesUndertake mechanical work when not testingFitting of brakes, suspension, and fast-fit workServicing of petrol and diesel vehiclesPerform basic diagnostics and fault findingManage work efficiently, delivering tasks within a reasonable timeframeSkills & Experience Proven experience as an MOT Tester / MechanicOwn tools are required (specialist tools available on site)Ability to work efficiently without constant supervisionStrong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnosticsFriendly, reliable, and professional approachBenefits & PerksStatutory holiday entitlement (20 days + 8 bank holidays)Pension contributionStatutory sick payFree MOT on your own vehicleTraining available for the right candidate, if requiredOn-site parkingSupportive, family-run working environmentWhats next?
