You’ll step into a lead role where you’ll be at the heart of the recovery claims process and the first point of support for your team. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and support a team of recovery claims handlers
* Manage complex claims, escalations, and complaint handling
* Coach and mentor the team to develop their skills
* Monitor KPIs and team performance, spotting patterns early
* Collaborate with other departments to drive recovery results
* Ensure full FCA compliance and data confidentiality
* Support recruitment, onboarding and people decisions in the team
