Motor Claims Solicitor, Cookstown / Belfast (hybrid), Suit 1 yrs + PQE Overview Pathway is working with a well established boutique law firm based in East Belfast, specialising in Litigation, Motor Claims, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury Litigation. The firm is seeking a Motor Claims Solicitor to join them initially on a 6-month secondment, working on-sitewith one of their key clients. Following the completion of the secondment, the role will transition to the firms East Belfast office, with hybrid working available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, respected firm, gain valuable client-side experience, and secure a longer-term role within a supportive and collaborative team. All levels of PQE will be considered. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied motor claims caseload, including RTA and associated litigation matters Handling files from inception through to resolution Advising clients on liability, quantum, and strategy Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation Liaising closely with insurers, third parties, counsel, and internal stakeholders Working on-site with the firms client during the secondment period, integrating into their processes and systems Ensuring compliance with court rules, deadlines, and regulatory requirements Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor (NQSenior level PQE considered) Experience in motor claims, insurance litigation, or personal injury litigation Strong case management and organisational skills Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Comfortable working on-site during the secondment phase Whats on Offer 6-month secondment with a key client, followed by a permanent/hybrid role in East Belfast Opportunity to work with a busy, specialist litigation firm Exposure to high-quality motor and insurance litigation work Supportive working environment with long term career prospects Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Excellent holidays At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
