Are you a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer looking for your next opportunity in Further Education? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a forward-thinking college in Lancashire, helping to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to the next generation of automotive professionals.

As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education across a range of programmes, while contributing to the development of the curriculum and strengthening employer partnerships.

• Deliver engaging teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes from Entry Level to Level 3
• Take a lead role (for experienced candidates) in developing the Motor Vehicle curriculum
• Build and maintain strong employer relationships to support industry placements
• Plan and prepare high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements
• Develop and share learning resources, maintaining effective links across the College
• Regularly assess students, tracking and monitoring their progress to ensure achievement
• Stay up to date with industry developments and integrate these into teaching practice

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within the Further Education (FE) sector
• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle
• Strong organisational, communication, and classroom management skills
• A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential
