Are you an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician ready to come off the tools and into the classroom? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking department as a Motor Vehicle Trainer , delivering a mix of practical and theory-based learning to full-time learners and apprentices - with full teacher and assessor training provided if you're new to education. In this rewarding role, you'll support learners from Level 1 up to Level 4, guiding them through technical learning, workshop tasks, assessments, and preparation for End Point Assessments (EPA). You'll also play a key role in personal tutoring, curriculum development, and ensuring learners are work-ready for the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the motor vehicle trade, a Level 3 qualification (or higher), and the desire to pass on their skills to the next generation.
