Moulding Team Leader

Owen Mumford are looking to hire a Team Leader for our Moulding department working on our 6am - 2pm or 2pm-10pm (alternating shifts). Could this be your next role?
As the Moulding Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Setters, Operators, and OGP Operators at the Cotswold site operating over a 24/5 pattern. This will include ownership of shift performance, the daily organisation of tasks, the planning of team resource, use of the ERP (Epicor) and Quality System (ETQ), management of workflow, and maintaining associate records including absence and holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Full compliance with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The rigorous application of all cGMP principles and practices. Pro-actively manage the team to achieve the desired results. Ensure that staff are fully trained in all relevant Standard Operating Procedures and where necessary liaise with the Quality department to ensure that the procedures are workable.
